Robin Campaniano has held management positions in the State, Federal, Philanthropic and Private Sectors. He’s served as District Counsel and District Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration Honolulu District Office, and Insurance Commissioner for the State of Hawai‘i, as well as General Partner for the Ulupono Initiative, a private equity firm owned by eBay founder Piere Omidyar. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AIG Hawai’i Insurance Company, its successor, Farmers Insurance Hawai‘i, as well as related corporate entities. He currently serves as an advisor or counselor to a multi-national IT systems integrator, a broadband venture, an energy storage venture, several insurance ventures, and also conservation, retail and service operations. Additionally he serves as a coach or mentor to countless organizations and individuals in Hawai‘i.

Keoni DeFranco is the Founder and CEO of Lua, the mobile-first communications solution for high-performance organizations. He began his career at iMapData, an enterprise software company that provides security solutions to the U.S. government and Fortune 500 corporations. He started as a research intern at iMapData and progressed to become the Head Research Analyst for Legislative Intelligence, where he was responsible for intelligence verification, database design and case studies for U.S. and foreign government clients.

Olin Lagon is the former Executive Director of Kanu Hawaiʻi where he has worked on grassroots campaigns including civic engagement, alternative financing, local food movements, and energy justice. He is founder and CEO of Shifted Energy, which designs and deploys renewable energy storage. He is an innovator whose designs have been used by Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, IBM, and Disney as well as institutions like MIT’s Digital Media Lab. He co-wrote ten U.S. technology patents and co-founded several companies including ChipIn, which pioneered the crowdfunding industry.

James Pierce has over twenty five years of experience in IT Service Management and Delivery, including architecture and design of global solutions spanning Aerospace, Retail, Defense, Finance, and Utility industries. During his tenure at IBM, James has held roles in Services, Support, Development, Strategy, and Sales. In his current role as IBM’s Worldwide Technical Sales Leader for Hybrid Cloud, his responsibilities include ensuring technical viability of cloud solutions for customers’ mission critical operations and skills enablement for technical sales. Additionally, James works closely with product development aligning roadmaps with customer requirements. He was appointed IBM’s Senior State Executive for Hawaiʻi in 2014.

Jeff Vierra has been employed at Toshiba Business Solutions for the past 13 years as a Solution Architect. He also works at Radius 1 with a research team working on A.I. swarm software. Jeff teaches analogue and digital game design at Nānākuli High and Intermediate. He is an interactive curator for TedX Hawaiʻi and lead game designer for Card Board Economics, a project to teach economics with board game design on Oʻahu. He is the co-founder of IGHA a Hawaiʻi-based independent game design publishing company. He serves as a herald for the international Dex Envoy program where he brings Board Games into gaming stores, conventions, and schools across the nation.
